A11yLab: The Beijing Academy Student Accessibility Initiative dedicates itself to making accessibility understood and lived.

We do this through awareness campaigns, volunteer service, student-built assistive technology, and collaborations with NGOs, higher-education institutions, and accessibility practitioners.

17 volunteers, including a 5-member core team, are at the heart of all that we do at A11yLab BA.

Our debut event, the White Cane Experience, has received 122 participants over 1.5 hours of activities.

460+ leaflets

460+ leaflets helped community members understand accessibility basics and how they can contribute.

What a start for A11yLab BA!

Thank you to everyone who joined our first White Cane Experience activity. In just 1.5 hours, 122 students and teachers participated and 460+ accessibility leaflets were shared across campus.
